Onion Pakoda

Ingredients:

1.       Besan flour                        ---- 2 cups
2.       chilli powder                     ---- 1 teaspoon
3.      Big  onion sliced                ---- 200 grams
4.      Green chillies                    ---- 5 nos chopped
5.      Rice flour                         ---- 1 cup
6.      Chopped curry leaves
         chopped coriander leaves }----1/2 cup
7.     Cooking soda                     ---- 1 pinch
8.     Salt  to taste
9.     Oil  for  frying

Preparation Method
1.       Mix     besan flour ,        rice flour ,        salt to taste ,       cooking soda ,       chilli powder ,       chopped onions ,        green chillies ,        chopped curry leaves & coriander leaves     and      1 table spoon     of  very hot     oil.
2.       Add      water     to     make     a      soft  dough.
3.       Heat     oil    in   a    kadai  ,      drop      small    balls    of     dough..    Fry    till     they      turn     golden brown      and       crispy.
