Ingredients:
1. Besan flour ---- 1 cup
2. Rice flour ---- 1 cup
3. Roasted channadhal }
powder }---- 2 tablespoons ( pottu kaddali mavu)
4. Salt to taste
5. Chopped big onions ---- 1/2 cup
6. Chopped green chillies ---- 8 nos
7. Cashew bits ---- 10 nos
8. Chopped ginger ---- 1 teaspoon
9. Chopped curry leaves& chopped coriander leaves few
Preparation Method
1. Mix besan flour , rice flour , roasted channa dhal powder , salt to taste , chopped onions , chopped green chillies , cashew bits , chopped ginger , chopped curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves and pour very hot oil 3 table spoons , and mix it well. Then add little water to it and make a dough.
2. Heat oil in a kadai and put the dough little by little and fry.
This crispy pakodas can be stored in air tight container for 3 to 4 days.
