Ingredients
1. mixed whole grains ---- 1 cup ( soaked over night & boiled )
2. soya chunk ---- 1/4 cup
3. carrot ---- 2 nos ( finely chopped )
4. capsicum ---- 4 tablespoons ( finely chopped )
5. Red chilli paste ---- 1 teaspoon
6. salt to taste
7. baby corn ---- 2 nos ( cubed )
8. Amjoor powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. olive oil ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. green gram spourt ---- 4 tablespoons
11. Tomato sauce ---- 1 tablespoon
Preparation method
1. Boil 1 cup of water in a sauce pan and add the soya chunk cubes and boil for 3 minutes, then wash the soya chunk and squeeze the excess water from it and cut into small cubes.
2. Now heat a pan and add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to it and add the red chilli paste , soya chunk , baby corn and toss for a minute, then add cubed capsicum and cubed carrots and add little salt and amjoor powder and toss for 1 minute.
3. Then add boiled whole grains and green gram spourts and toss for 1 minute.
4. Finally add tomato sauce and mix well and put-off the flame.
Serve this in a bowl for break fast.
