Ingredients :
1. Glucose Biscuits ---- 20 nos
2. Instant coffee powder ---- 2 teaspoons
3. cocoa powder ---- 1 teaspoon
4. Boiled water ---- 1/2 cup
5. milk ---- 3 1/2 cups
6. sugar ---- 1/4 cup ( change it to your taste )
7. custard powder ---- 1/2 cup
8. orange ---- 1 no
Preparation Method
1. Mix coffee powder & cocoa powder in 1/2 cup of boiled water, place it on fire and bring to boil. Remove from fire and leave it to cool.
2. Boil 2 cups of milk with the sugar. If needed more sugar can be added. Dissolve the custard powder in 1 1/2 cup of milk, strain and pour into the boiling milk. Stir continuously until the solution becomes thick and then remove from fire. Add the essence.
3. Remove the seeds and skin of the orange flakes. Dip the biscuits in the cocoa - coffee solution and arrange half of it in a flat bowl. Pour half of the custard solution above the biscuits. Arrange half of the orange flakes about it and then again the biscuits. Repeat the process. Keep in the refrigerator to set.
Serve this cool .
