Carrot Chutney

Ingredients:

1.       Carrots                                             ---- 2 nos   ( medium size )

2.       dry  red  chillies                                 ---- 3 nos

3.       salt  to  taste

4.       curry    leaves                                   ---- little

5.      garlic                                                 ---- 3 pods

6.      urad  dhal                                          ---- 1 tablespoon

7.      broken  channa dhal                           ---- 1 tablespoon

8.      grated  coconut                                   ---- 2 tablespoon

9.      mustard                                               ---- few

10.     oil                                                      ---- 1 teaspoon


Preparation  Method


1.      Grate      the    carrots.


2.       Dry  roast  the    urad dhal   &   broken   channa dhal  ,    then   add     1/2 teaspoon    of   oil    and   fry   grated    carrots ,     dry  red  chillies ,    garlic ,    &  curry  leaves.


3.       Now   along    with   all   fried   ingredients    add    salt  to  taste ,      grated   coconut       and   grind    this    as   smooth  paste .

4.      Now   season   it   with   mustard  &   urad dhal.
