Ingredients :
1. Paneer ---- 100 grams ( cubed )
2. green peas ---- 1/4 cup
3. Big onion ----3 nos ( finely chopped )
4. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos
5. Red chilli powder ---- 2 teaspoons
6. curd thick ---- 1/4 cup
7. salt to taste
8. coriander powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
11. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
12. oil ---- 1 tablespoon
13. lemon juice ---- 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Heat a pan and add 2 big onion chopped and tomatoes chopped and fry till it cooks . Then cool it and grind them as a smooth paste by using a mixer grinder.
2. Now heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil to it and shallow fry the paneer
cubes and keep the fried cubes aside.
3. Then using the same pan with the left over oil add garam masala powder , curry
leaves , chopped onions , ginger & garlic paste and green peas and fry it till the
green peas splitters.
4. Then add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder , salt to taste and
add the grinded onion , tomato paste and let it boil till the raw flavour disappears.
5. Then add thick curd to it and simmer the flame and add the shallow fried
paneer pieces and lemon juice and let it boil for 5 mintues.
6. Then transfer it to a bowl.
Now serve this for Naan , kulcha , Rottis , puries , chapaties .............
