Mangai Arachuvita Pachadi



Ingredients :

1.      Big  size  raw  mango                                          ---- 1 nos

2.      green  chillies                                                      ---- 3 nos

3.     grated   coconut                                                  ---- 1  to  2 tablespoon

4.    jeera                                                                   ---- 1/4 teaspoon

5.    sugar                                                                  ---- 1 to  2 tablespoon

6.    oil                                                                      ---- 1/4 teaspoon

7.    mustard                                                             ---- few

8.    curry leaves                                                       ---- few


Preparation Method

1.     Cut   mango   into   big size  cubes.

2.     Grind   green chillies ,     grated  coconut ,     &     jeera   to  a  smooth  paste .

3.     Heat   a   kadai   and   add   1/4 teaspoon   of  oil   in  it ,     then   add   mustard   curry  leaves ,    wait    till   it   splitters.

4.     Then    add   cubed   mango  pieces ,     grinded   coconut   paste ,     sugar    and   1/4 cup   of   water    and    close    the   kadai    with   a  lid   and   cook   in  low  flame     for    approximately   5 mintues.
5.    When   all   the   water   evaporates   from   it    then    put-off   the   flame.


This     curry     goes    good   for    sambar   satham ,    kulambu   satham    and    Rasam   satham.    Even    the   kids     will   love   this   hot  &  sweet    taste.
