Ingredients:
1. Mutton ---- 200 grams
2. Garlic ---- 3 nos
3. Grated coconut ---- 2 tablespoons
4. Black pepper ---- 1 tablespoon
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil ---- 1 teaspoon
7. Small onions chopped ---- 6 nos
8. Curry leaves ---- few
9. Coriander powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. Jeera ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. Mustard ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Grind grated coconut, black pepper , jeera , garlic and salt to taste and keep this aside.
2. Heat a pressure cooker and add the washed mutton pieces , and then add above grinded items and then coriander powder and pour 2 cups of water to it and preesure cook it for 5 whistle and then put off the flame .
3. Then heat a kadai and add oil to it, then add mustard, chopped onions , curry leaves , and then add the boiled mutton pieces and wait till all the water evaporates from this gravy. When it is lightly dry in form then put off the flame.
