Ingredients:
1. finely chopped mutton ---- 200 grams
2. Boiled and mashed potatoes ---- 1 cup
3. Green chillies sliced ---- 4 nos
4. Tomatoes chopped ---- 3 nos
5. Big onion chopped ---- 1 cup
6. Dry red chilli powder ---- 3 teaspoons
7. Coriander powder ---- 1 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. Salt to taste
10. Oil ----- 2 teaspoons
11. Garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
12. Curry leaves ---- few
13. Chopped coriander leaves ---- few
14. Thick coconut milk ---- 1 cup
Preparation Method
1. Heat a kadai and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it, then add garam masala powder, curry leaves , sliced green chillies , chopped big onions , chopped tomatoes , and then chopped mutton and stir this in very low flame for about 5 mintues .
2. Then add 4 cups of water to it , then add salt to taste , turmeric powder , coriander powder , chilli powder , and boiled mashed potatoes and cook this by closing the lid of the kadai for about 15 mintues.
3. Then add the coconut milk and boil for 5 mintues. Then put off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
This mutton keema gravy can be served with chapatties , dosa , and all type of rottis , & naan
