Ingredients:
1. Rice ---- 2 cups
2. Chopped Bottle gaud ---- 1/2 cups
3. Salt to taste
4. Oil
5. Moong dhal ---- 1 tablespoon
6. Broken channa dhal ---- 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method
1. Soak rice for 2 hours.
2. Then grind the rice , chopped bottle gaud, and salt altogether to a fine paste.
3. In a separate bowl soak moong dhal and broken channa dhal for 1/2 hour.
4. Then mix the soaked dhal to the grinded batter and mix the batter for dosa consistency .
5. Then heat a dosa pan pour this bottle gaud dosa and add little oil to it and make it as crispy dosa.
Now you can serve this bottlegaud dosa with red chilli chutney, or with onion chutney. Immediately
after grinding this batter you can make dosa. Immediately after grinding this batter you can preserve it in your refrigerator and you can use for a week of time.
