Prawn Fry


Ingredients;
1.Prawns                                      ---- 200 grams
2.kashmiri chilli powder                ---- 1 teaspoon
3.Ginger  & garlic paste                ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4.Corn flour                                 ---- 1 teaspoon
5. Channadhal flour ( besan flour) ---- 1 teaspoon
6.Curd                                        ---- 1 teaspoon
7.Bread crumbs                          ---- 3 teaspoons
8.Salt  to  taste
9.Oil  for  frying

Preparation method;
1.Clean and wash the prawns , drain the water from it.
2.In a bowl  add chilli powder , ginger & garlic paste , corn flour , besan flour , curd , salt to taste , then mix  them well. then add the prawns to it and keep it aside for  atleast  1 hour.
3. Then  in a pan heat oil and  then dip the prawns in bread crumbs  and  deep fry them.
