Coriander Rice

Ingredients;

1.Basmathi rice                                ---- 1 cup
2.Green chillies                                ---- 3 nos
3.Fresh coriander   leaves                ---- 1 full hand
4.Grated coconut                             ---- 2 tablespoons
5.Salt  to  taste
6.Oil                                                ---- 1 tablespoon
7.Garam masala powder                  ---- 1 pinch

Preparation method;

1.First grind as watery    green chillies , coriander leaves ,  coconut grated , and  salt .
2.Filtter  the above  grinded  items  and   mix  with water  and  make it as  2 cups.
3.Take   a pressure pan   add  2 tablespoons  of oil  to it , then add  garam masala powder.
4.Then  add washed  rice  to it .
5.Then  pour  the filtted  grinded   items  it should  be  2 cups.
6.Then pressure  cook it for  2 whistle.

It  tastes  good  with  any  Raitas
