Ingredients;
1.Cooked Rice ---- 2 cups
2.Coriander leaves ---- 1 full hand
3.Green chillies ---- 3 nos
4.Urad dhal ---- 1 teaspoon
5.Mustard ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6. Bengal gram dhal ---- 1 teaspoon
7.Oil ---- 2 tablespoons
8. Salt to taste
Preparation method;
1.Clean the coriander leaves and wash it .Then grind coriander leaves , salt to taste , green chillies in a mixer grinder.
2.Now take a pan and heat with 2 tablespoon of oil.
3.Then add mustard , urad dhal, bengal gram dhal, then add the grinded coriander paste.
4.Now remove from the stove and mix with cooked rice. Mix gently.
This coriander rice can be serve with any raitha or chips.
