Ingredients;
1. Prawns ---- 200 grams
2.Corn flour ---- 2 teaspoons
3.Ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5.Pepper powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6.Aijinomotto ---- 1 pinch
7.Red colour ( optional) ---- 1 pinch
8.Maida flour ---- 1 teaspoon
9. Salt to taste
10.Oil for frying
11.Soya sauce ---- 1/2 teaspoon
12.Lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation method ;
1.Clean and wash the prawns then drain the water .
2.In a bowl add corn flour , ginger & garlic paste , chilli powder , pepper powder , Aijinomotto , red colour powder , maida flour , salt to taste , soya sauce , lemon juice , and mix all , then add the prawns and keep it aside for atleast 1 hour.
3.Then deep fry them in oil.
4. Serve it hot.
