Ingredients;
1. Basmathi rice ---- 2 cups
2.Fresh green peas ---- 1/4 cup
3.Green chillies ---- 6 nos
4. Ginger & garlic paste ----1/2 teaspoon
5.Big onion ( sliced ) ---- 1 nos
6.Coriander leaves ---- few
7.Curry leaves ---- few
8.Mint leaves ---- few
9.Lemon juice ---- 4 drops
10.Coconut milk ---- 1/4 cups
11.Salt to taste
12.Oil or ghee ---- 2 teaspoons
13. Garam masala powder ---- 1 pinch
Preparation method;
1.Heat a pressure cooker with oil or ghee
2. Then add garam masala powder , sliced onion , green chillies , coriander leaves , curry leaves , mint leaves ,,ginger & garlic paste , green peas,
3.Now add washed rice and stir for few seconds.
4.Then add salt , coconut milk & water mixed 4 cups.
5.Then add lemon juice stir it and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
6.Now preesure cook for 2 whistle.
This you can serve with raitha or with white kuruma
