Jeera Pulav


Ingredients;

1.Basmathi rice                      ---- 2 cups
2.Jeera                                  ---- 2 teaspoons
3.Salt  to  taste
4.Oil  or  ghee                      ---- 2 teaspoons

Preparation method

1.Heat  a pressure cooker  then  add  oil  or  ghee to it.
2.Then add jeera and  washed  rice , and  stir for  few  seconds.
3.Then  add salt  to  taste  and  4 cups of water.
4.Now  close  the  lid  of the  pressure  cooker  and  cook  for  2 whistle.

This is very simple reicepe  with very few ingredients. You can serve with raitha  or  any  type of  kuruma.
