Sesame Rice

Ingredients;

1.Cooked rice                             ---- 2 cups
2.Sesame seeds                          ---- 4 tablespoons
3.Mustard                                  ---- 1/2teaspoon
4.Uraddhal                                 ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5.Channadhal                             ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6.Dry red chillies                        ---- 3 nos
7.Ghee  or  oil                           ---- 2 teaspoons
8.Salt  to  taste
9.Asofotida                              ---- 1 pinch
Preparation method


1.In a pan dry roast the sesame seeds  , red chillies , and make as a powder using your mixer grinder.
2.Then take a pan and heat with oil , then add mustard , urad dhal ,  and  channa dhal. , when the colour change to golden brown add the grinded  powder  to  it.
3.Then add salt to taste  ,and finaly add the cooked rice , and asofotida .
4.Mix gently until coat the rice well.
5.Now your sesame rice is ready.

You can pack this rice with papads  or  chips.
