Fried Rice


Ingredients

1. steamed  cooked basmathi Rice                             ---- 2 cups
2. mixed vegetables                                                   ---- 2 cups  chopped
  ( beans , carrots , cabbage & capsicum )
3. oil                                                                         ---- 1 tablespoon
4.  chopped garlic                                                     ---- 1 tablespoon
5.  minced ginger                                                      ---- 2 tablespoons
6.  pepper powder                                                   ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7.  soya sauce                                                          ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8.  vinegar                                                               ---- 1 tablespoon
9.  salt to taste

preparation  method

1.  Heat  oil  in  a  pan  and  add  little  spring  onion  ,  chopped  garlic  , minced ginger  and  saute  well.

2.  Add   the  vegetables  and  saute  for  few  seconds.

3.  Then  add  the  soya sauce ,  pepper powder  ,  vinegar  and  saute  well.

4.  Now  add  the  cooked  basmathi  rice   and  then  add  the  steamed  rice  mix  it  with  sauce.

5.  saute  for  few  seconds  and  remove  it  from  the  stove.

Garnish  it  with  spring  onions.

Enjoy    the  fried  Rice  with  any  gravy  .

Tips
.Dont  saute  the  vegetables   for  long   because  the  vegetables  becomes  too  soft  if  you  saute  it  for long.
