Ingredients
1. wheat rava ---- 2 cups
2. Red chillies ---- 4 to 5 nos
3. cumin seeds ---- 1 teaspoon
4. salt to taste
5. small onions ---- 10 nos ( chop it )
6. oil to deep fry
preparation method
1. soak the wheat rava for 15 to 20 minutes , then drain the water completely and grind along with red chillies, salt to taste & cumin seeds . do not add any water while grinding .
2. Then add the chopped onions to it & then pat the batter little big then masala vada size and deep fry them into vadas . ( you can also use plastic sheets to pat the vadas )
3. while frying slip vada one after other ortherwise it will stick to each other .
serve this puffy vadas as tea time snacks !
