Ingredients
1. paneer ---- 200 grams
2. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
3. maida flour ---- 1/2 cup
4. corn flour ---- 1/4 cup
5. pepper powder ---- 1 teaspoon
6. coriander powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. bread crumbs ---- 1/2 cup
8. peanuts ---- 1/2 cup
9. salt to taste
10. oil for deep fry
preparation method
1. cut the paneer bar into vertically for 2 inch length pieces . Then add chilli powder , coriander powder and salt and mix well and marinate the paneer pieces and set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Take a bowl and add maida , corn flour , pepper powder and salt and water little by little and make it to a paste. do not dilute too much as we need to coat each of the paneer pieces in this paste . Take paneer pieces one by one and coat it in the prepared paste.
3. Take the bread crumbs in a flat plate , grind the peanuts in the mixture to a fine powder.
4. mix the peanuts powder and the bread crumbs and keep it ready for coating the paneer pieces. Then take the coated paneer pieces and rub it in the bread crumbs & peanut powder mixture.
5. Take the coated paneer fingers and keep it in a plate. Then deep fry them in oil.
serve this crispy & spicy paneer with ketchup.
