Ingredients
1. maida flour ---- 2 cups
2. salt ---- a pinch
3. sugar ---- 1 1/2 cups
4. ghee ---- 1 tablespoon
5. oil for frying
preparation method
1. Take a bowl add maida , salt a pinch , ghee 1 tablespoon and sprinkle little water to it and knead to a smooth ball.
2. Then make small round balls out of the mixed batter and press it in a folk and roll it.
3. Take a pan add sugar 1 1/2 cup of water and boil it to 2 thick consistency of sugar syrup.
4. Heat a kadai add oil to it and deep fry the rounded shells and then add it in the sugar syrup and after few mintues remove the shells from the syrup and let it dry in separate plates.
store this in air tight containers.
