Ingredients;
1. Roasted peanuts ---- 1/4 cup
2. sweet corn ---- 1/2 cup
3. small onions ---- 20 nos
4. besan flour ---- 2 tablespoons
5. Rice flour ---- 1 tablespoon
6. green chillies ---- 2 nos
7. Amchoor powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. ginger paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. curry leaves few
10. salt to taste
11. oil for deep frying
preparation method
1. peel and chop the onions into small pieces and keep it aside.
2. Then grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder and keep it aside.
3. Then grind the sweet corn , ginger and green chillies into a paste.
4. Take a bowl and mix the flours , peanut powder , ground corn , salt , anchoor powder , chopped onions and chopped curry leaves & coriander leaves and mix well and keep it aside.
5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan , divide the corn mixture into equal size balls and shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
6. Deep fry them until golden brown color and crispy and remove from the oil.
serve this with a cup of hot coffee or tea.
