Eggless wheat cake

Ingredients

1.  wheat flour                                               ---- 200 grams
2.  jaggery                                                     ---- 1 cup ( grated )
3.  milk                                                          ---- 1 cup
4.  oil                                                             ---- 1/2cup ( sunflour oil  )
5. cooking soda                                             ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6.  baking powder                                         ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7.  vanilla essence                                          ---- 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation  method

1.   sieve  flour , soda , and  baking powder  twice  or  thrice  to  combine  or  whisk  in  a  bowl.

2.   Now  add  jaggery  and  mix  it   gently.
3.    now  add  milk  and  vanilla essence   , lastly  add  the  oil  and  mix   gently.


4.    now   pre  heat  the  oven  and  bake  for  25 to 30 minutes   with  temperature  set  to  180 degree  ( or )   until  done.   while  the  skewer  inserted  comes  out  clean.


We  can  also  use  chocolate  syrup  for  topping  the  cake.
