Ingredients :
1. Paneer ---- 200 grams
2. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos ( chopped as cubes )
3. Big onion ---- 2 nos ( chopped As cubes )
4. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
5. salt to taste
6. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. Tomato sauce ---- 1 teaspoon
8. soya sauce ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. capsicum ---- 1/2 ( chopped as cubes )
10. chat masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Cut paneer as cubes and soak it in salted hot water for 10 minutes. ( so that the paneer will be soft )
2. Separate the big onions as patels and then cut into big size cubes.
3. Heat a broad pan with a spoon of oil , then add cubed onions & tomatoes and fry for a minute.
4. Then add red chilli powder & chat masala powder and fry for a minute.
5. Then add cubed capsicum , paneer cubes and salt to taste , soya sauce and tomato sauce and toss for 2 minutes. Then put- off the flame.
* This can be serve as a starter before lunch or dinner.
Note
* While frying onions it should be half cooked.
