Ingredients :
1. Viral fish / butter fish ---- 1/2 kg
2. pepper powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
3. Red chilli powder ---- 2 teaspoons
4. Turmeric powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. salt to taste
6. lemon juice ---- 2 teaspoons
7. oil for frying
Preparation Method
1. Clean & wash the fish pieces.
2. Take a bowl and add pepper powder , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt to taste , lemon juice and mix well , then add fish fillets , coat well with the marinade.
3. Leave the fish to marinade for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan , then add the fish slowly into the oil. Fry the fish in medium heat till the fish turns golden brown.
Serve it with hot rice and the oil in which the fish was fried to make a delicious meal . Add green chill and salt as required

Tips
* The longer you marinate it , the better the fish will taste.
* For added flavour , add a few flakes of crushed garlic flakes and Aniseeds powder to the masala.
