Keerai Thoovayal

Ingredients:

1.     Aararkeerai /  mulaikeerai                              ---- 1 small bunch
      poonaganni / seerukeerai
     parrupukeerai ( depends upon your
    availability )

2.     Red chillies                                                   ---- 1 nos

3.     Tamarind                                                     ---- 1 pinch

4.      garlic                                                          ---- 4 pods

5.      urad dhal                                                    ---- 2 tablespoons

6.      Broken channa dhal                                    ---- 2 tablespoons

7.      salt  to  taste

Preparation Method

1.      Clean    and  wash  the  keerai.

2.      Heat  a  pan  with 1/4 teaspoon    of  oil  to  it ,   then  roast  all   the  above  said  ingredients   till  the  keerai  leaves   fry  well.


3.     Then  cool  the  roasted  ingredients    and   grind  them    in  the  mixer jar   without  adding  any  water  to  it    . Then  transfer  it  to  a bowl.


Serve   this  keerai  Thoovayal   with  hot  plain  rice     or  with  dosa.
