Ingredients for koftas :
1. paneer ---- 200 grams
2. potatoes ---- 3 nos ( boiled & mashed )
3. white pepper ---- 1 teaspoon ( to be rise to your spice level)
4. salt to taste
5. cornflour ---- 3 to 4 tablespoons
6. Butter ---- 2 tablespoons
7. sultans / raisins ---- 10 nos
8. oil for deep fry
Ingredients for gravy :
1. cashew-nuts ---- 10 to 15 nos
2. white pepper ---- 2 teaspoons
3. onions Big ---- 3 nos
4. cardamon ---- 2 nos
5. water strained curd ---- 1 cup
6. milk ( cow milk ) ---- 5 to 6 tablespoons
7. fresh cream ---- 3 to 4 tablespoons
Preparation Method
1. Boil potatoes and mash with paneer , salt , white pepper and corn flour and
mix well .
2. Divide into small balls , stuff with little butter and one sultans , reshape it.
3. Now deep fry them in hot oil till brown and then remove it.
Method for gravy :
1. Saute minced onions into oil and cook for few minutes.
2. Then add salt , white pepper , and beaten curd and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add ground cashew -nuts ( grind cashew nuts using cow milk and salt )
cook for 15 mintues.
4. Put koftas and simmer on fire for 15 minutes . Add cream and serve with Roti's.
Tips
If you need more gravy then add 1/2 cup of cow milk while cooking . Here i have added cow milk.
