Ingredients:
1. mushroom ---- 1 pack ( cut into pieces )
2. dry red chillies ---- 3 nos
3. dry coriander seeds ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4. Turmeric powder ---- 1 pinch
5. black pepper powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6. Big onions ---- 1 nos ( chopped )
7. garlic ---- 5 pods ( chopped )
8. ginger paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. salt to taste
10. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
11. Thick curd ---- 1/4 cup
Preparation Method
1. Dry roast red chillies and dry coriander seeds and crush them and keep it aside.
2. Heat a broad pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil to it and then add ginger paste to the oil and fry for a minute.
3. Then add chopped onions and fry for a minute , then add chopped mushroom ,
salt to taste and pepper powder and fry this in medium flame for 3 to 4 minute.
4. Then take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of curd to that and mix the crushed
red chillies and coriander powder and add this to the mushroom fry and
fry this in medium fry till the mushroom turns dry.
