I had some left over chapatis in my kitchen shelf . Then I tried with that for my break fast.
Ingredients :
1. chapati ---- 4 nos
2. Big onion ---- 1 nos ( chopped )
3. carrot , cabbage , beans
capsicum } ---- 1 cup ( chopped )
4. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. pepper powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. Tomato ---- 1 nos ( chopped )
7. salt to taste
8. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
9. chat masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. Amjoor powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
11. coriander leaves ---- few
Preparation Method
1. Cut chapattis into long thin strips.
2. Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil and add chat masala powder , chopped onions , chopped mixed vegetables and fry for 1 to 2 minute .
3. Then add chopped tomatoes , salt to taste , pepper powder , red chilli powder and stir this in low flame for 1 to 2 minute.
4. Then add chapatti strips and toss well in high flame to mix thoroughly.
5. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this for lunch box , or as breakfast or as snacks in evenings .
It tasted great with Raita.
