Ingredients
1. Large potatoes ---- 4 nos ( 80% cooked)
2. garlic ----1 teaspoon
3. ginger ---- 1 teaspoon
4. green chillies ----1 teaspoon
5. Tomato ketchup ---- 1 teaspoon
6. soya sauce ---- 2 teaspoons
7. corn flour ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. salt to taste
9. oil
Preparation Method
1. Cut the cooked potatoes into fingers.
2. Now heat the oil in a pan and keep the flame high.
3. Add the potato fingers and cook on a high flame for a few minutes. Then keep the potatoes aside.
4. Using the same pan with same oil add the garlic, ginger, green chillies and stir fry for a few seconds. Add the potato fingers, tomato ketchup, soya sauce , chilli sauce and salt.
5. Mix the corn flour in 1/2 teacup of water and add to the mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot . If your kids like onions then garnish with sliced spring onions and sliced carrots.
