Ingredients
1. Roasted Bengal gram( pottu kadalai in tamil) ---- 1/2 cup
2. Sprouted green gram ---- 1 cup
3. Tomato chopped ---- 1 nos
4. Big onion chopped ---- 1 nos
5. Green chillies finely chopped ---- 1 nos
6. Coriander leaves finely chopped ---- few
7. Salt to taste
8. Lemon juice to taste
Preparation Method
1. Boil sprouts in water till soft but not soggy.
2. Then heat a shallow pan add all ingredients and toss well.
3. Add a pinch of chaat masala powder if desired.
4. Serve cold.
Now serve this for breakfast with a glass of any healthy drink. This is one of the way to maintain a healthy life style by cooking food that is nutritious as well as low in calories.
