Ingredients
1. Rusk powder ---- 1 cup ( I used britannia rusk )
2. sugar ---- 1 cup
3. water ---- 2 cups
4. ghee as needed
5. Roasted cashews ---- 1 tablespoon
preparation method
1. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of ghee and roast the rusk powder . only for 1 minute.
2. Then add sugar and water and stir this continuously nearly 10 to 15 minutes or till halwa starts becoming thick and tend to form a ball. Now add the roasted nuts and ghee and stir for a minute. Then put-off the fire.
Then transfer it to a box.
you can keep this halwa for 5 to 6 days at room temperature . if you refrigerate it you can store for a month.
