Ingredients
1. white beans / or groundnuts ---- 1 cup ( soaked overnight)
2. Tomato sauce ---- 5 tablespoons
3. soy sauce ---- 1 teaspoon
4. vinegar ---- 1 teaspoon
5. minced garlic ---- 2 teaspoons
6. brown sugar ---- 2 tablespoons
7. salt to taste
8. cumin powder ---- 1 teaspoon
9. chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
10 .onion ---- 1 no ( chop it)
preparation method
1. Boil the beans are groundnuts in the pressure cooker till it is soft.
2. Then heat a shallow pan and fry the onions & minced garlic using a drop of oil .
3. Then add the boiled beans , red chilli powder , salt to taste , cumin powder , soy sauce , vinegar and add 1 cup of water and bring to boil in very low fame for 20 minutes.
4. Then add the tomato sauce and brown sugar and boil for another 10 minutes, then put off the flame.
serve this for pooris, breads , noodles , appams , chappaties etc.....
