These are my favourite rotis. This soft rice flour chapatis are very perfect to serve with most of the south Indian dishes.
ingredients
1. boiled rice ---- 1 1/2 cups
2. rice flour ---- 2 cups
3. salt to taste
preparation method
1. Grind the boiled rice with very little water using the blender.
2. Take a bowl and add rice flour , salt to taste , and grinded boiled rice flour and knead into a dough and keep this aside for 1/2 hour.
3. Then divide into 8 equal portions and roll it each.
4. Then heat a tava over medium flame and cook it till brown specks appear on the surface.
serve hot smeared with a little ghee.
