Far healthier than almost any energy bar that you buy from shops, these energy balls are full of vitamins , minerals and natural compounds that are perfect for providing a quick boost of energy.
Ingredients
1. Dates ---- 2 cups ( chopped )
2. pista ---- 10 nos ( chopped )
3. badam ---- 10 nos ( chopped )
4. ghee ---- 2 tablespoons
5. ceral ---- 1/2 cup ( crush them to coarse powder )
preparation method
1. grind the chopped dates using a blender or mixer.
2. Heat a sauce pan add chopped pista & badam and dry roast for 2 minutes.
3. Then add the grinded dates and simmer the heat and stir it for 20 minutes.
4. cook and stir this until thick and smooth.
5. Then remove from heat and stir in ghee. Allow to cool slightly.
6. Now roll this mixture into small balls and roll in crushed cerals.
