Ingredients:
1. Oats ---- 1 cup ( ground to a powder in a mixer )
2. onion ---- 1 nos ( finely chopped )
3. carrots ---- 1 nos ( finely chopped )
4. green chillies ---- 2 nos ( finely chopped )
5. kasoori methi ---- 1 tablespoon
6. coriander leaves ---- 1 tablespoon chopped
7. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. salt to taste
11. oil
Preparation Method
1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and beat well adding enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency
2. Now heat a dosa-pan and spread the batter to make a thin pan cake & add oil to the sides of the pancake, cook both sides.
* Serve hot with tomato chutney or coriander chutney or mint chutney.
