corn is the staple food in many countries. Corn is a rich source of many essential nutrients and fibre. A meal rich in corn can go a long way in protecting again many diseases and aliments as it has many health benefits. It is also good in controlling diabetes.
Ingredients;
1. corn rava ---- 1 cup
2. carrots ---- 2 nos ( chopped)
3. Beans ---- 50grams
4. green peas ---- 50 grams
5. tomato ---- 1 no ( chopped )
6. big onion ---- 1 no ( chopped)
7. coriander & pudina leaves ---- few
8. green chillies ---- 4 nos ( chopped)
9. lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
10. salt to taste
11. oil ----2 tablespoons
12. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan separetly.
2. Heat a heavy bottom pan and add oil to it , then add garam masala powder and chopped mixed vegetables , green pieces, onions, chillies, mint & coriander leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Then add the corn rava and saute for another 2 minutes.
4. Now add salt to taste and boiling water to it and mix well and slow down the flame and add lemon juice and close the pan with a lid and cook till the rava cooks well. Finally add a teaspoon of ghee and mix it well.
Serve this hot with raita or garnish it with little sev to it.
