Tomato Groundnut Chutney

Ingredients :

1.   Big  tomatoes                                     ---- 3 nos

2.   Roasted  groundnuts                         ---- 1/2 teacup

3.   Dry red chillies                                 ---- 2 nos

4.   green chillies                                     ---- 3 nos

5.   salt  to  taste

6.   Turmeric powder                            ---- a pinch

7.   mustard                                          ---- few

8.   Asofotida                                      ---- 1/4 teaspoon

9.   curry leaves                                  ---- few

10.  oil                                               ---- 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation  Method

1.   Heat   a  pan  with  1 drop  of  oil  then  fry  red chillies   and   tomatoes   till   it  cooks.    Then  add  green  chillies,   salt  to  taste    and  turmeric  powder    and  put-off    the flame.

2.    First  grind   ground nuts   using   a   mixture   jar ,   then   add   fried  ingredients     and   grind  to  smooth  paste.

3.    Then   season  it  with  mustard,   asofotida      and   curry leaves.
