Every body has heard it before: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day , But still many of us often skip breakfast with many reasons as they are not hungry , no time , even they think they are being healthy by fasting. So please don't skip your breakfast and always try to have healthy breakfast.
Ingrdients :
1. spinach ---- 1 small bunch
2. wheat bread ---- 10 slices
3. maida ( all pupose flour ) ---- 1 tablespoon
4. Butter ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. low fat milk ---- 1 teacup
6. grated low fat cheese ---- 2 tablespoons
or
grated lowfat paneer
7. salt a pinch
8. white pepper powder ---- to taste
Preparation Method
1. Wash , clean & chop the spinach finely.
2. Then boil it with a pinch of salt with less water and keep it aside.
3. Then heat a pan with 1/2 tablespoon of butter and add 1 tablespoon of maida flour and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Then add 1 teacup of milk and stir it without lumps and stir this for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Then add grated cheese or paneer , a pinch of salt , and white pepper to taste and stir altogether well.
6. Finally add the boiled spinach and stir for a minute and put-off the flame.
7. Now apply butter on two slices of bread ( on one side ) and spread the spinach filling all over on one slice, place the other bread slice and toast till golden.
Serve this warm.
