Ingredients :
1. Rice ---- 1 cup
2. whole green gram dhal ---- 1 cup
3. green chillies ---- 4 nos
4. Jeera ---- 1 teaspoon
5. garlic ---- 2 nos
6. salt to taste
7. chopped big onion ---- 1/4 cup
8. Aosofotida ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Soak rice for about 2 to 3 hours.
2. Soak green gram dhal separately for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Now wash rice , then add green gram dhal and add green chillies , jeera ,
garlic , salt to taste and grind them to smooth paste. Mix them to Adai dosa
batter consistency. Then add chopped onions and asofotida to it.
4. Now heat a dosa pan and make crispy green gram dhal dosa, using
little oil to it and serve hot.
Serve this with Tomato chutney , coconut chutney or Radish chutney.
