Ingredients:
1. chicken boneless ---- 1/2 kg
2. Butter ---- 50 grams
3. Kashmiri chilli powder ---- 3 teaspoons
4. Big onions ---- 2 nos
5. curd ---- 1 tablespoon
6. salt to taste
7. cashew nuts ---- 6 nos
8. ginger paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos
10. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
11. coriander leaves few
Preparation Method
1. Wash chicken drain the water , then add salt to taste , ginger paste , chilli powder and curd and marinate it .
2. In a pan boil the tomatoes , then peel the skin , and keep it separatly.
3. In a pan fry onions and grind it with cashewnuts , and boiled tomatoes and keep it as a fine paste.
4. Now heat a kadai add butter to it and add garam masala powder , then add the marinated chicken and stir for 6 to 7 mintues.
5. Then add the grinded onion paste and add little water to it and allow it to boil soft . Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this for Naan , parottas , Rottis , or with Rice
