Ingredients :
1. Rava ( sooji ) ---- 1 cup
2. Sugar ---- 1 cup
3. Ghee ---- 1/4 cup
4. Cashew nuts ---- 10 nos
5. Cardamom powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Heat a kadai and roast rava until it turns golden brown on a low- flame. Then cool this and grind it as powder .
2. Then grind sugar to powder form.
3. Now mix equal quantities of sugar powder and rava powder and then add cardamom powder and roasted cashew bits.
4. Now heat ghee and put-off the flame.
5. Mix hot ghee with rava , sugar powder mixture and prepare small round laddoos.
