A Healthy Breakfast:
A healthy breakfast means that you avoid a break fast containing any kinds of sugary cereals, pastries & syrups as they are digested extremely quickly and will tend to leave you rather hungry as well as tired in a couple of hours. This is the reason that fiber and protein make up such an important part of a healthy breakfast as they ensure you donot feel hungry until lunch time.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it is considered as the brain food. After a long fast of about 7 to 8 hours of sleeping our body need fuel to carry out the activities through out the day. Skipping breakfast with an intension of losing weight is not a wise idea, as the fasting period increases you feel hungry. As a result you tend to binge in the meal which you first eat leading to over consumption of excess calories. Thus ultimately you will gain weight instead of losing it.
Many studies prove that children who avoid breakfast are not able to pay full attention in school hours. Having an right breakfast it reduce snacking in between meals but also gives you the essential energy to stay active all day.

4. You must reduce the fat content of your breakfast diet. eg you may replace whole milk with skim milk or you may choose fat free cheese in place of regular cheese.
