Ingredients:
1. Carrot ----1 nos
2. Big onions finely chopped into cubes----2 tablespoons
3. Nai beans ---- 6 nos
4. Beans ----2 nos
5. Greens finely chopped ---- 3 tablespoons
6. Salt ----1 pinch
7. Lemon juice ----1 teaspoon
8. Red chilli sauce ----1 teaspoon
9. Soaked moong dhal ----2 tablespoons
Preparation Method
1. Carrots to be grated.
2. Nai beans & beans to be finely cut into small cubes.
3. Take a bowl add carrots , onions , nai beans , beans , greens , soaked moong dhal, a pinch of salt , lemon juice, and finally add Red chilli sauce and mix it well.
Then serve it in bowls.
You can serve a bowl of this salad with a cup of porride . Healthy break fast like this help to control hunger until lunch time. Once the body gets used to the healthy foods, it is able to avoid most diseases and common ailments. Make gradual changes.
