Bread curd cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

1.   curd                                                                 ---- 2 cups
2.   Salt  &  pepper                                                ---- to  taste
3.   Chaat  masala   or   Amchoor powder             ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4.   Carrot /  cucumber  /  cabbage                        ---- 1 cup  finely  chopped
5.   Cream    or    milk                                          ---- 2 teaspoon
6.    Sugar    a    pinch
7.    Roasted   ground   jeera                                ---- 1/4 teaspoon
8.    Wheat  Bread                                               ---- 8 slices      
Preparation  Method
1.      Hang   curd   in   a  cloth   for  an  hour  to  drain  excess  water  from  it.
2.      Then   add   salt   &  pepper  to  taste ,    jeera powder,   milk,   sugar ,  chaat masala powder,  
        curd  and   beat  well  to  a  smooth  paste,   then   add   chopped  mixed  vegetables.
3.     Apply   this   between   bread  slice.
4.    Serve  this.
