Ingredients:
1. Rice ---- 3 cups
2. Green chillies ---- 5 nos
3. Coriander leaves ---- 1/4 cups
4. Salt to taste
5. Oil
preparation Method
1. Soak rice for about 2 to 3 hours.
2. Wash the rice add green chillies , coriander leaves, salt to taste , and grind them to smooth paste . Mix them to dosa batter consistency.
3. Now heat a dosa - pan and make crispy coriander dosa.
Serve this coriander dosa with coconut chutney or Aniseed chutney.
