Curry leaves carrot dosa

Eating a few curry leaves  in early morning on an empty  stomach  the cholesterol levels in your body can be brought  down by this simple remedy.   We  can  also  use  curry  leaves for  weight  loss.   The  curry  leaves  contain  iron ,  calcium ,  vitamin c  and  phosphorous.   Expectant  mothers  can use  curry leaves  to  reduce  the discomfort  of   morning  sickness.   curry  leaves  are also  helps  to  improve  eyesight.  It  is good  in  hair  growth.   These  are  just  few  of  many benefits.   So  include  it in  your  daily  diet  for  your  better  health.

Ingredients

1.   Rice                                         ---- 2 cups
2.   carrots                                     ---- 2 nos ( chopped )
3.   curry leaves                             ---- 1 cup
4.   Aniseeds                                 ---- 1 teaspoon
5.   dry red chillies                         ---- 4 nos
6.   salt to taste
7.   oil
8.   broken channa dhal                 ---- 2 tablespoons

Preparation  method

1.   soak  rice  for  about  2 hours.
2.   soak  broken channadhal   separetly.
3.   wash  the rice ,  then  add red chillies ,  salt to taste ,  chopped carrots ,  aniseeds ,  curry leaves   and  grind  them  to smooth  paste.

4.     Now  mix the soaked broken   channadhal  to  the  grinded  batter  and mix  the batter  for dosa  consistency.

5.    now  heat  a dosa pan pour  this  curry leaves ,  carrot dosa  batter  and  add  little  oil  to  it  and  make  it as  crispy  dosa.

now  you  can serve  this curry  leaves carrot  dosa  with  any chutney   or  with  sambar.

note
*  Immediatly  after   grinding  this batter  you can make  dosa's.
* you can also store this batter in refrigerator  and you can use for a week of days.
