Ingredients
1. whole wheat flour ---- 1 cup
2. Besan ---- 1/2cup
3. salt to taste
4. yogurt ---- 2 tablespoons
5. Bottle gourd / soraka ---- 1 cup ( grated )
6. Ajwain ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. coriander leaves ---- 2 tablespoons ( chopped )
8. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
9. Turmeric powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well, then sprinkle little water to it and knead to make a soft dough ( do not add much water )
2. Keep this for 1/2 hour.
3. Then divide the dough into equal size balls and roll each ball.
4. Now heat a dosa pan and cook wing little oil until light golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with any Raita's.
