Ingredients:
1. wheat rava ---- 1 cup ( Big cup )
2. Tomatoes ---- 2 nos
3. green chillies ---- 5 nos
4. coriander / curry leaves ---- few
5. oil
6. salt to taste
7. Big onion ---- 1 nos ( chopped )
Preparation Method
1. Soak wheat Rava in water for 1/2 hour.
2. Then wash it and along with the rava add salt to taste , green chillies ,
tomatoes and grind it as granules..
3. Then add chopped onions , curry leaves and coriander leaves to the grinded
batter.
4. Now heat a dosa pan and pour this dosa batter and sprinkle little oil
to it and make crispy dosa.
Serve this tomato wheat dosa with any kara chutney , coconut chutney or
sambar.
* This dosa will be crispy in the corners and soft inside.
* If you need very crispy dosa then add a hand full of raw rice flour and mix to the dosa batter and make very crispy dosa.
* The dosa batter should be watery in consistency. So that you can get crispy dosa.
