Raddish / Mullangi Dosa




                                                               I     found    lot   of   mullangi    was     lying   in  my   kitchen    garden.    so    repetitively    quiet     often   I     am   tiring    some    varieties      with     mullangi.     Yesterday      I      thought   of   doing    mullangi    dosa ,      It    was   also   my   new   trail    recipe     but   finally   it   tastes     good.


Ingredients :

1.    mullangi  /  raddish                                          ---- 1 big size

2.     Rice  ( pre boiled rice )                                  ---- 1 big cup (  200 grams )

3.     Dry   red  chillies                                            ---- 3 nos

4.     salt  to  taste

5.     Big  onion                                                      ---- 1 nos

6.     Aniseeds                                                        ---- 1 teaspoon

7.  oil
Preparation  Method


1.       Soak    rice    in  water    for   1  to  2  hours.

2.       Grate     the  mullangi

3.       Then     wash    and    grind    soaked    rice ,     grated   mullangi ,     red   chillies ,     salt  to  taste ,    aniseeds     to  a   smooth   paste.  (  The   batter   should   be   dosa    batter   consistency )

4.       Now   add    chopped   onions    to   the   batter.

5.       Then   heat   a  dosa- pan   and   pour   as   uttappam. sprinkle   little  oil  to  it .    This   mullangi   dosa  will   be  soft    to  eat.



Serve   this   with  melagai  chutney   or   coconut   chutney.
